The candidate will be responsible for carrying out and for proposing scientific research projects and collaborations based on atomic force microscopy (AFM) on cosmetic substrates
such as skin, hair and different cosmetic materials. He will develop and implement new AFM approaches to quantify the surface properties and the mechanical properties of hair and skin
and their constituents in physiological conditions. He will play a supportive role to evaluate in close collaboration with the teams from the biology and chemistry departments the performance of new raw-materials developed for haircare and skincare products.
