Responsible to conduct research on a mutually agreed topic in Theory of Magnetic Chiral Systems (mainly in skyrmionic phases, stability, dynamics, monoaxial helimagnets, etc.... ) and neutron optics simulations, as part of the Multifunctional Magnetic Molecular Materials (M4) group at Materials Science Institute of Aragón (ICMA).
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in physics, applied physics, applied math, material science, or other relevant fields from an accredited institution, be self-motivated and have good interpersonal, communication and presentational skills and a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels. The ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is a critical asset.
Must have 2 or more years of relevant experience and show a strong knowledge on numerical calculus including, Montecarlo simulations, differential equations, numerical linear algebra, along with demonstrated experience in multiple programming languages for scientific computing, especially C/C++ and Fortran
