Direct the technical activity lines defined for the area, being the technical referent for his/her team work
Lead the R&D&I projects of the area and their life cycle, coordinatings tasks and managing their execution
Identify market innovation oportunities by managing a client portfolio, generating innovative ideas and carrying out research projects, new developments and their industrial scale-up
Define and offer the best technical solutions within the research line of new functionalities for materials (photoactive materials and electroactive materials) and their performance in service, getting ahead market trends and client needs.
Lead and coordinate the technical team assigned under his/her responsability
Be up-to-date of the studies and advances in technologies and techniques, participate and represent the company in forums and proffesional meetings
Manage and capitalize the available resources, equipments and material means
