Define and offer the best technical solutions within the polymer research line and their performance in service, getting ahead market trends and client needs
Lead and coordinate the technical team assigned under his/her responsability
Be up-to-date of the studies and advances in technologies and techniques, participate and represent the company in forums and proffesional meetings
Manage and capitalize the available resources, equipments and material means
