Description

Offer of a post-doc position within the framework of the research project VIRMETAL (virtual design, virtual processing and virtual testing of metallic materials) funded by an Advanced Grant of the European Research Council under the supervision of the project leader. Research activities will be focused in the development of multiscale modeling strategies –based on the phase-field method– to simulate the microstructural development during solidification as well as during thermo-mechanical treatments in Al and Mg alloys.
