We are biodegradable and compostable material manufacturers to replace traditional plastics. Our leitmotiv is “With our BIOplastics, we contribute to make the world a better place to live in”.
Our products are BIOplus: BIO-origin and BIOdegrable. In addition, they are compostable. Which means that bioplastics become compost in a maximum of 6 months. This is the requirement set by the European Union (European Standard EN- 13432 – 2000) and that will help companies to comply with the regulations while taking care of the environment.
Our StartUP, belonging to ITENE, started in 2015 and we have had a meteoric rise. In 2017 we won the honourable mention “New plastics Economy Innovation Prize 2017” by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and in 2018 we have obtained funding from the EU for the project. We are currently in phase 2.
